Our Vision

  • Zero Waste

    We love our animals. We treasure and respect them when they are alive and we value everything they can contribute. In addition to the meat we convert fleeces, fibre, pelts and even horns into beautiful products that people can equally cherish.

  • Total Care

    We work closely with our vets to ensure minimal use of antibiotics, whilst maintaining high health and welfare in order to prevent antimicrobial resistance building up. We care for our farming community and, through the Scottish Crofting Federation, host and run a number of training courses.

  • Friends Not Customers

    We believe in knowing our ‘customer’, who they are and what they like. Our policy is to make our farm open to visit and understand, with open day events like ‘Open Farm Sunday’ and ‘Kidding around’.

Our Butchery

All our meat is butchered onsite at the farm, in our butchery. Every cut is handled with care, preserving the rich flavours and tenderness that our animals are known for. We take pride in our ethical farming practices, which guarantee that our animals are raised in a healthy, stress-free environment.
